Pupdate, Brindle Boy

sorry it's blurry, but it was so cute seeing the energy and first play between the boys!

This morning, both the vets thought that Mr. Brindle looked better than they had ever seen him. Of course, it's still hard to know if he's better because of the meds or because he's getting stronger and maybe recovering, but I'm trying to just take one day at a time.
Here's a really sweet video of the brindle boy from Saturday evening. I just can't imagine what newborn puppies dream about...

I'm hoping so hard that he beats the odds given to him. He's too darned cute!

Thanks. I hope he keeps getting better, too! And it's strange for me to see the video now, because it's probably not obvious to you, but his breathing was more labored in this video, and now I can see how much his breathing has improved. He and the red dog are breathing at about the same rate now, where Mr. Brindle was breathing so much faster, and more shallow just a day ago.

I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but just keep up hope! I'm trying to take in all the cuteness I can. :-)
