Who will it be??

Tomorrow, Courtney and Adam will fly from Dallas to Kansas City, and then they have the daunting task of meeting the three puppies who are available. Whichever puppy they choose will fly home with them on Sunday, snuggled in a sherpa bag. The new puppy will have three dachshund brothers, Fred, Thor, and Napoleon, and Tina and Molly the Tabby cats. It sounds like an exciting family for any of the three puppies. There is also a future in performance events, and I understand the lucky puppy will be attending some EarthDog events really soon after the move to Texas. Oh boy, do you think anyone will notice that something is not quite right about the new "long and low" dog at the EarthDog event?

Agility, Rally, and hopefully Herding will be in the cards for the new puppy. I'm so excited for tomorrow, and yet I'm so sad to see one of my babies leave the nest. Whichever puppy ends up being "The Dog" for Courtney and Adam, I know the puppy has a happy future ahead.

I think the faithful blog readers and puppy sitters and puppy party attendees should help by commenting on the blog to let Courtney and Adam know which puppy YOU think they should pick. :-) It'll be a Virtual Puppy Picking Party.

Because, as you know, I have already explained why each of these three are the perfect puppy. ...

I think any of the puppies would be grand. I'm hoping they take Annie for purely selfish reasons. I want Annie to go to an agility home. Texas is close enough that I will be able go down there to trials and watch her run once she's old enough to compete. :D

Oh my, since brindles are my "thing" I don't know that I'd be able to turn away from Brindle Girl 1's sweet face...and naughty habit of attacking from under things...

Ok - well just spread things out, I think they should pick Mr B, because brindle boys are the most wonderful buddies in the world!

I don't care WHO they pick, I'm just glad whichever one will be living with a photographer. Now even it all out, and send brindle girl 2 home with me! Just think, TWO puppies living with photographers! LMBO!

I can't wait to see who they pick, since as we know, both litters are the best puppies in the world!

Oh my gosh! I hate to see them leave! I'm going to miss seeing all of their cute puppy faces!

Oh, they can't have Mr. B because I love brindle boys. And, they can't have Annie because I love "talky" red Cardis. And they can't have the brindle girls because they are wonderful, too. Can you see why I could never be a breeder?

I say they should take one of the girls to bring some order to that all boy dog house :-)

Gotta be a brindle as it hides the earthdog mud better ;o) You could also go with a game show type event if they can't decide...you know, pick a door...Door #1, Door #2, or Door #3, and that's the one they get. BUT, they have to do something silly to earn the door...like slow a Valhund down to a slow walk or try to get a Cardi to catch it's tail hehehe

In all honesty, they can't go wrong with any of your kids so they will be ecstatic I'm sure. :o)
